Brava Company Installation
Brava Company Installation

Build a clean setup for Brava from the start.

Brava helps companies move toward their business goals with clearer visibility, stronger accountability, and cleaner execution. Weekly pulse checks, monthly evaluations, and structured reporting help show what is building momentum, what is creating drag, and where the company should focus next.

What this setup locks in
The structure Brava needs before rollout begins.
Who the Company Admin is and where primary Brava communication goes.
What the company is trying to achieve and which goals matter most.
How the first management and employee evaluations should be handled.
How future monthly sends stay easier once people are already in the Brava flow.
A goal-oriented operating layer for the company.
Brava helps the company see what is actually influencing performance. Weekly pulse checks surface real-time movement, monthly evaluations read deeper patterns, and Brava turns that input into a clearer path toward business goals.
Start with the goals
Brava begins with what the company wants to achieve, then keeps evaluations, pulse checks, and reporting tied back to those outcomes.
Read what affects progress
Brava helps reveal where momentum is building, where friction is slowing execution, and where the company needs support first.
Create cleaner movement
The goal is stronger execution, clearer priorities, and better company-wide follow-through over time.
Set the first rollout up cleanly and keep future ones easier.
This installation is mainly about getting the first evaluations out the right way and making future monthly sends easier once your people are in the Brava flow.
1
First evaluation rolloutFor the first round, you can either enter management and employee names and emails here, upload a file with them, or have Brava provide the company links to the Company Admin to distribute.
2
Separate evaluation typesThere are separate evaluation paths for management and employees, so the first rollout needs the right setup from the start.
3
Easier future monthsAfter the first evaluations are completed, Brava will already have those people listed for next time. If new people join later, you can simply send them the link so they can be added too.
4
Ongoing monthly flowEach month, Brava can continue sending to the people who have already taken it before, which keeps the process cleaner and easier to maintain.
